What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and email
  • All uploaded poker hand histories
  • Hand analysis and coach feedback
  • Session history and statistics
  • All personal data associated with your account

Timeframe

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Data Retention

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except as required by law.
